Business is booming at The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships and we are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Office Manager to join our World Class Team. 

Hertrich Family of Dealerships helps manage the accounting operations of the business. They maintain an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk. In addition, the Office Manager has a strong methodical and Customer Service focus, which will assist in the dealership implementing controls to ensure all store transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years prior Automotive Office Manager experience with proven leadership and coaching abilities.

Automotive Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage, and train office staff and all coordinating schedules
  • Ensure all store financial transactions are processed accurately and timely in accordance with company policy
  • Develop and implement promotion of programs
  • Maintains accounts payable/receivables
  • Administer policies and procedures
  • Follows and oversee title work, accounting, H/R, benefits, and automotive office functions
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Automotive Office Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years Automobile Dealership Office Manager experience is required!! 
  • Extremely organized multi-tasking ability who can maintain focus and work in a high-pressure, busy environment
  • Excellent  Communication Skills both written & verbal
  • Ability to manage others and work well under pressure
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and dealership software
  • Dealer Track knowledge is a plus
  • High School Diploma/GED required; college degree a plus
