Hertrich is looking for a strong methodical and Customer Service focused Office manager which will assist in the dealership implementing controls to ensure all store transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have prior Automotive Office Manager experience with proven leadership and coaching abilities.

Office Manager Duties:

  • Establish and manage office staff schedules
  • Ensure all store transactions are processed accurately and timely in accordance with company policy
  • Develop and implement promotion of programs
  • Manage the office staff
  • Administer policies and procedures
  • Administer and oversee title work, accounting, H/R, benefits, and automotive office functions

Office Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years Automobile Dealership Office Manager experience is required!! 
  • Extremely organized multi-tasker who can maintain focus and work in a high-pressure, busy environment
  • Excellent  Communication Skills – both written & verbal
  • Ability to manage others and work well under pressure
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and dealership software
  • Dealer Track knowledge is a plus
  • High School Diploma/GED required; college degree a plus
