Automotive Body Shop Parts Coordinator - Collision Center

The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is building a new State-of-the Art Collision Center in Bear, DE boasting a climate-controlled shop, 28,000 square foot of production space and a prime location on the corner of Rt. 1 and Rt. 40.

Body Shop Parts Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Work side by side with production manager
  • Assist in maintaining department budget
  • Manage inventory, order parts, create purchase orders, and receipt invoices according to company standards and policy
  • Track, record, inspect parts inventory and deliveries
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Other duties deemed necessary by management

Body Shop Parts Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Computer proficiency, preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and math abilities, required
  • Detail oriented, organized , and ability to multi-task, preferred
  • Previous experience in Parts or Inventory Control, required
  • Solid problem solving abilities
  • HS Diploma / GED required
  • Valid license with minimal violations on motor vehicle report, required
