Automotive Body Shop Parts Coordinator - Collision Center - Full Time

Body Shop Parts Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Work side by side with production manager
• Assist in maintaining department budget
• Manage inventory, order parts, create purchase orders, and receipt invoices according to company standards and policy
• Track, record, inspect parts inventory and deliveries
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Other duties deemed necessary by management

Body Shop Parts Coordinator Qualifications:

• Computer proficient
• Excellent verbal, written and math abilities
• Detail oriented, organized , and ability to multi-task
• Previous experience in Parts or Inventory Control
• Solid problem solving abilities
• HS Diploma / GED 
• Valid license with minimal violations on motor vehicle report
