This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.  A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism is required.  The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance.

 Administrative Assistant DUTIES include but are not limited to:


  • Answering Phones and directing calls

  • Assist in the daily administration of the Employment Office

  • Assist with 401K enrollment and contributions for company

  • Process, file, disburse all incoming documentation for the Employment Office

  • Respond to employee and agent inquiries regarding enrollment and benefit 

  • Filing and tracking of incoming/outgoing documentation from the HR Department


 Office Assistant QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Positive Attitude / Outgoing

  • Helpful, Team Oriented

  • HR Background a PLUS

  • Computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and other software as needed

  • Ability to handle highly confidential information

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team office environment

  • Ability to follow processes concisely and consistently
