BDC Coordinator DUTIES include but are not limited to:


  • Oversee the BDC/BDR department, train, coach, and mentor the representatives

  • Compile daily reporting, including lead tracking and performance reports

  • Answering phones, building client relationships, while delivering a client experience second to none

  • Scheduling appointments and monitoring customer satisfaction

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone

  • Develop rapport with prospective buyers

  • Maintain and update inventory for sale on various internet websites

  • Effectively demonstrate product features and value

  • Accurately complete all transaction paperwork and make sales & service CSI calls

  • Initiate and maintain telephone and e-mail contact with customers, respond to internet leads, & set appointments

  • Other duties as directed by Management


BDC Coordinator QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Highly motivated and persistent

  • Solid working knowledge of computers and the internet

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and fun

  • Organized

  • Solid working knowledge of computers and the internet

  • Outstanding phone and communication skills

  • Honest work ethic

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights & weekends

  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter with outgoing, customer-oriented personality

  • The desire to learn and provide superior customer service – before, during, and after the sale

  • HS Diploma/ GED required
