RECRUITING COORDINATOR / BI-LINGUAL / ENTRY LEVEL


The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a Bi-Lingual Recruitment Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding HR Department.

DUTIES: Successful candidate will provide direct support and assist in the day-to-day activities of the Recruiting and Employment Department.  The following duties are essential: 


  • Excellent communication fluently reads, writes and speaks in Spanish

  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines

  • Contacting potential applicants 

  • Comfortable with public speaking and community evens

  • Handling preparation for on-site Job Fairs

  • Handle face-paced work environment

  • Ability to communicate with applicants

  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and internet

  • Other recruitment duties as directed by the Manager


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High School Diploma/GED is required

  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic

  • Previous recruitment/ HR experience preferred

  • Extremely organized multi-tasker who can maintain focus and work in a high-pressure, 'busy' environment 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Preferred 2 years of strong administrative office support, human resources background

  • Monday-Friday work day schedule for the best family/work balance

  • Must be driven with Customer Service and be a team player
